Werden Messger\u00e4te im Feld installiert, m\u00fcssen sie \u00fcber Jahre hinweg \u00e4usseren Einfl\u00fcssen trotzen \u2013 im Idealfall ohne aufwendige Wartung oder st\u00e4ndige Justierung.<\/p>\n<p>Dass unsere Technologie dieses Versprechen nicht nur auf dem Papier, sondern auch unter realen, harten Bedingungen einl\u00f6st, hat ein k\u00fcrzlich abgeschlossener Feld-Dauertest der Mems AG eindrucksvoll unter Beweis gestellt.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_1 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module preset--module--divi-text--default\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h5>Die h\u00e4rteste Jury: 6 Jahre ununterbrochener Feldeinsatz<\/h5>\n<p>Im Sommer 2020 wurden drei gasQS\u2122 flonic Messger\u00e4te nach der initialen Laborkalibrierung direkt in den Langzeit-Praxistest geschickt. In Zusammenarbeit mit den Regionalwerken Baden (RWB) wurden die Ger\u00e4te in einer 5-bar-Gasverteilstation unter realen Netzbedingungen installiert. Bis ins Jahr 2026 liefen die drei Ger\u00e4te im Dauereinsatz.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zahlen nach dem R\u00fcckbau und der genauen Analyse in unseren Laboren sprechen f\u00fcr sich:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00dcber 508'000 aufgelaufene Einzelmessungen pro Ger\u00e4t<\/li>\n<li><span>6 Jahre kontinuierliche Betriebszeit<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Ein mittlerer j\u00e4hrlicher Drift von weit unter 0,2 %<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Der internationale Zulassungsstandard OIML R140 definiert f\u00fcr Klasse A Messger\u00e4te eine maximale Driftrate von 0,25 % pro Jahr als zentrales Zulassungskriterium. Mit einem gemessenen mittleren Jahres-Drift von unter 0,25 % h\u00e4tten alle drei Testger\u00e4te diesen anspruchsvollen Class A Drifttest mit Bravour bestanden \u2013 ein beeindruckendes Ergebnis f\u00fcr Serienger\u00e4te nach sechs Jahren hartem Feldeinsatz im Erdgasnetz.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_2 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module preset--module--divi-text--default\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h5>\u201eNach dem Verlassen von MEMS wie festgenagelt\"<\/h5>\n<p>Das faszinierendste Ergebnis f\u00fcr unser Entwicklungs-Team: Vergleicht man die Kalibrierprotokolle vom 27.07.2020 direkt mit den aktuellen Messergebnissen aus 2026, ist statistisch so gut wie kein Drift erkennbar. Bei der Bestimmung des Brennwerts (Hs) bei reinem Methan lagen die Abweichungen im minimalen Promille-Bereich \u2013 ein minimaler Drift von gerade einmal 0,02 % bis 0,03 % im Vergleich zum Ursprungswert.<\/p>\n<p>Selbst nach mehr als 5 Jahren im ununterbrochenen Feldprozess bewegen sich alle Ger\u00e4te absolut stabil innerhalb der strengen gesetzlichen Eichfehlergrenzen. Oder wie es einer unserer Senior Development Engineers nach der Auswertung treffend formulierte: \u201eDie Dinger scheinen nach dem Verlassen unseres Werks absolut festgenagelt zu sein \u2013 super!\"<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_3 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module preset--module--divi-text--default\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h5>Was bedeutet das f\u00fcr Sie? Drastische Reduktion der OPEX<\/h5>\n<p>F\u00fcr Gasnetzbetreiber, Biogasanlagenbetreiber und die Industrie ist dieses Testergebnis ein echtes wirtschaftliches Argument.
