Gr\u00fcnde daf\u00fcr sind neben der starken Optimierung auf Energieeffizienz und der Reduzierung des Schadstoffausstosses auch der direkte Einfluss der Gasbeschaffenheit auf das Endprodukt. Unter Gasbeschaffenheit versteht man die Zusammensetzung und Qualit\u00e4t der Gase, die im Schmelzofen sowie in verschiedenen Prozessschritten der Produktion eingesetzt werden.<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_1 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module preset--module--divi-text--default\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h4>Grosse Ver\u00e4nderungen auf dem Erdgasmarkt<\/h4>\n<p>Die grossen Ver\u00e4nderungen der letzten Jahre im Erdgasmarkt, mit dem vermehrten Einsatz von LNG, der Einspeisung von Biogas und zuk\u00fcnftig auch von Wasserstoff, stellen die Glasindustrie vor die Herausforderung, die Schwankungen der Gasbeschaffenheit kontinuierlich zu messen und entsprechend zu kompensieren, um deren Einfluss auf ihre Produktqualit\u00e4t und die Produktionskosten minimieren zu k\u00f6nnen. Zu den wichtigsten Kenngr\u00f6ssen geh\u00f6ren neben Gasdruck, Temperatur und Volumenstrom unter anderem auch Heizwert, Wobbe-Index und die Dichte. Diese Parameter bestimmen, wie viel Energie pro Volumeneinheit Gas zur Verf\u00fcgung steht und wie sich das Gas in Leitungen, Ventilen und Brennern verh\u00e4lt. Bereits kleinere Schwankungen k\u00f6nnen die Flammenstabilit\u00e4t, die W\u00e4rmeverteilung in einem Ofen und somit den gesamten Schmelzprozess beeinflussen.<\/p>\n<p>In den letzten Jahren durfte die Mems AG mehrere Werke europ\u00e4ischer Glasproduzenten mit ihrer gasQS-Technologie zur Gasqualit\u00e4tsmessung ausr\u00fcsten. So wurden bei Wiegand-Glas, einem der gr\u00f6ssten Beh\u00e4lterglashersteller in Deutschland, nach einer erfolgreichen Testphase an einem Standort, Anfang 2026 drei weitere Werke mit unseren Messger\u00e4ten ausgestattet.<\/p>\n<p>Insgesamt setzen heute bereits mehrere Glashersteller in Europa auf die gasQS-Technologie der Mems AG zur kontinuierlichen \u00dcberwachung der Gasqualit\u00e4t in ihren Produktionsprozessen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_image_0 et_pb_image et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/mems.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-2.webp?resize=856%2C592&#038;ssl=1\" title=\"Bild\" width=\"856\" height=\"592\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mems.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-2.webp 856w, https:\/\/mems.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-2-480x332.webp 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 856px, 100vw\" class=\"wp-image-2142\" \/><\/span><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_2 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module preset--module--divi-text--default\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h4>GasQS flonic<\/h4>\n<p>Zum Einsatz kommt dabei der gasQS flonic, welcher zentrale Gasparameter wie Heizwert, Wobbe-Index, Dichte und H2-Gehalt kontinuierlich und ohne Referenzgas bestimmt.<sub>2<\/sub> content - without the need for a reference gas.<\/p>\n<p>Die Installation und Inbetriebnahme der Messger\u00e4te verlief in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Team von Wiegand-Glas und konnte Mitte Februar 2026 innerhalb zweier Tage erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden.<\/p>\n<p><b>Dr. Winfried Willenborg, Leitung Glastechnologie Wiegand-Glas: <\/b>Head of Glass Technology at Wiegand-Glas:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<i>F\u00fcr die Prozessf\u00fchrung unserer Schmelzaggregate ist eine zuverl\u00e4ssige Online-Bestimmung der Gasqualit\u00e4t, insbesondere des Brennwerts, entscheidend.
